How to contribute to our virtual museum?

If you are interested in sharing some of your artifacts, memorabilia or documents, send us an email with a photograph or scan of what you would like to be published. If you wish, we will publish your entire letter or extracts regarding the object you are submitting, the preservation of artifacts and other items of historical interest related to Slovaks abroad.

The better quality the photographs, the more they will distinguish themselves on our pages. Write as many details as you can about each photograph you send, such as a description of the item in the photograph, date, place it was taken, and where it is currently located.

We will publish photographs or texts only with your consent.

We guarantee discretion and vow to protect your privacy. If, however, you would like to communicate with others involved in the project, we can provide your contact details on our Links page. If you would like to donate or sell your object, write to us, and we will announce this fact. We may also be able to put you in contact with a suitable Slovak institution or collector who may be interested in buying it. If there is a need, we may facilitate the sale and purchase of such objects in the future.
